Today I was scolded by a customer...hai, so sad. Why people like to make life difficult for other people? this is how's the story goes:
i was working in the box office sell tickets, the person who at the counter beside me has logged out and prepare to go home. Her counter was a special counter that serve people with advanced booking or customer with visa platinum. since she had logged out, my manger asked me to serve the customer with advance booking first. I did it, but i felt sorry for the customer in my queue. He had to wait for me to serve the advance booking ppl then him. Then when i serve all the advance bookings already, this ****** who thought that just because he've got a platinum means he don't have to queue up. I asked him to queue up because there are so many people in the line and my poor customer is still waiting for me to serve him. HELLO!!! you just waited for less than one minutes and u demand that i serve u just because u have a platinum card, BIG DEAL!!! just because u got a visa platinum, means that people around u are transparent, and u are the king is it? Omg, he still complain to my manager about it...lucky, my manager understand the situation well and didn't scold me. I can't believe hat i cried because of those ******, and my patience customer still talk to me nicely despite me making him waited so long because of those ******. so glad that there is someone who understand this customer service is not a easy thing. Bad day today...lucky tomorrow don't have to work.
